Hello Guys! I'm new to XML gauge programming. This is my third gauge, trying to create.  Need a gauge which shows when Airspeed is <165 knots and Flaps zero or Flaps <1 notch. The .bmp image ( STALL light illuminates )

Here's my simple code:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<Gauge Name="727 FLAPS Warning" Version="1.1">
<Element>
<Select>
<Value> (A:AIRSPEED INDICATED, knots) 165 &lt;
      if{ (A:FLAPS NUM HANDLE POSITIONS, Number) 1 &lt;}
     </Value>
    <Case Value="0">
        <Image Name="stall lightoff.bmp"/>
    </Case>
    <Case Value="1">
        <Image Name="stall lighton.bmp"/>
    </Case>
</Select>
</Element>

Should I use a different flap variable?

I've been wrecking my brain trying to get the code to work.
Also, any If statement examples for xml gauge creating would great! Help would be appreciated.
